JLPTTR Gizlilik Politikası

Bu gizlilik politikası, KoCinco tarafından geliştirilen JLPTTR uygulaması için geçerlidir.

1. Genel Bilgi
JLPTTR, JLPT N5 hazırlığına odaklanan bir Japonca çalışma uygulamasıdır. Uygulama; yazı sistemleri, kelime, dilbilgisi, okuma, dinleme, tekrar ve deneme sınavı gibi çalışma akışları sunar.

2. Toplanan Veriler
JLPTTR, kullanıcıdan hesap oluşturmasını istemez.
JLPTTR, geliştiriciye gönderilen kişisel veri toplamaz.
JLPTTR, ad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, konum bilgisi veya benzeri kişisel verileri toplamaz.

3. Cihaz Üzerinde Saklanan Veriler
Uygulama içindeki bazı çalışma verileri cihaz üzerinde yerel olarak saklanabilir. Bunlara örnek olarak ilerleme durumu, tekrar bilgileri, son çalışılan içerikler ve benzeri uygulama içi kullanım verileri verilebilir.
Bu veriler yalnızca uygulamanın çalışmasını ve kullanıcı deneyimini desteklemek amacıyla cihaz üzerinde tutulur.

4. Verilerin Paylaşılması
JLPTTR, kullanıcı verilerini geliştiriciyle veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmaz.
Uygulama içinde reklam ağı, kullanıcı takip sistemi veya üçüncü taraf analiz servisi kullanılmamaktadır.

5. Metin Okuma / TTS
Uygulama, bazı içeriklerde cihazın veya işletim sisteminin sunduğu metin okuma (Text-to-Speech) özelliklerinden yararlanabilir.
Bu durumda seslendirme işlemi, cihaz üreticisinin veya işletim sistemi sağlayıcısının sunduğu servisler üzerinden gerçekleşebilir. Bu servislerin veri işleme biçimi, ilgili platform veya servis sağlayıcısının kendi politikalarına tabidir.

6. Veri Güvenliği
JLPTTR, uygulama içeriğini ve uygulama deneyimini korumak amacıyla teknik önlemler kullanabilir.
Uygulama, geliştiriciye gönderilen kullanıcı verisi toplamadığı için, kişisel veri işleme riski sınırlıdır.

7. Veri Saklama ve Silme
Uygulama içinde yerel olarak saklanan veriler cihazda tutulur.
Kullanıcı uygulamayı kaldırdığında veya uygulama verilerini temizlediğinde, bu yerel veriler de silinebilir.
JLPTTR hesap tabanlı bir sistem kullanmadığı için geliştirici tarafında kullanıcıya ait ayrı bir hesap verisi tutulmaz.

8. Çocukların Gizliliği
JLPTTR genel eğitim amaçlı bir uygulamadır. Uygulama, kullanıcıdan kişisel veri toplamaz.

9. Değişiklikler
Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır.

JLPTTR is a Japanese study app focused on JLPT N5 preparation. It provides study flows such as writing systems, vocabulary, grammar, reading, listening, review, and mock exam practice.

2. Data We Collect
JLPTTR does not require users to create an account.
JLPTTR does not collect personal data that is sent to the developer.
JLPTTR does not collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, location data, or similar personal data.

3. Data Stored on the Device
Some study-related data may be stored locally on the user’s device. This may include progress state, review state, recently studied content, and similar in-app usage data.
This data is stored only on the device to support app functionality and user experience.

4. Data Sharing
JLPTTR does not share user data with the developer or with third parties.
The app does not use advertising networks, user tracking systems, or third-party analytics services.

5. Text-to-Speech
The app may use text-to-speech features provided by the device or operating system for certain content.
In such cases, speech processing may be handled by the device manufacturer’s or operating system provider’s services. Any data handling by those services is subject to the policies of the relevant platform or provider.

6. Data Security
JLPTTR may use technical measures to protect app content and the integrity of the app experience.
Because the app does not collect user data for the developer, the app’s handling of personal data is limited.

7. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored app data remains on the device.
If the user uninstalls the app or clears the app’s storage, this local data may be deleted.
Because JLPTTR does not use an account-based system, the developer does not maintain separate user account records.

8. Children’s Privacy
JLPTTR is a general educational app. It does not collect personal data from users.
